Apsley House Hotel
A Birthday To Remember.
Apsley House Hotel provided the perfect setting for my Wife's 27th Birthday this weekend just gone. The hospitality and politeness of the Staff from the moment we arrived was exceptional. My Wife and I cannot find any fault with our stay and highly recommend this hotel for anyone else who wishes to visit the architecture and historic sites of Bath whilst also keeping to themselves within the residential, quiet areas to the North of the City Centre. The hotel itself is less than a 40mins walk from the City Centre and the route through the Royal Victoria Park, Royal Crescent and The Circus from the hotel is elegant; especially within the current changing of seasons. To understand what kind individuals work within the hotel; as we were departing for our trip home, the staff had put together a gift box of Morton and Brown shower gels and lint chocolate. We felt truly welcomed within the hotel and we have no doubt that every other guest(s) are in receipt of the same First Class Service. We've already decided that when we next return to Bath, Aspley House Hotel will be our first choice.

Great place to go!
Having stayed in some of the best hotels world wide, this is a find. gentle, relaxed and quintessentially English. Service is exceptional, great breakfast and rooms really carefully and tastefully done. A little distance from Bath - 30 min walk, or a bus or £7 taxi, but worth being here in preference to a more mainstream hotel. Highly recommended. This is now one of my top 5 places to stay .in the world

Apsley House Hotel
Wonderful first impression on arrival. Lovely personal greeting, including walk around the lounge & dinning room and help with making arrangements for viewing Bath - helpful suggestion for eating (as we were late arriving). Spacious, well maintained hotel. Room was well equipped with tea making stuff as well as iron / ironing board, hair dryer and spare pillows / blanket. Our bed was huge at least 6ft wide and very comfortable. Located approximately 25 mins walk into the center of Bath. Breakfasts was of a very good quality. Good local bars and restaurants. Would certainly stay here again.

Outstanding hotel
Our second visit to this hotel and yet again we were really pleased with all aspects of our stay. The staff are efficient and very friendly and helpful. The whole hotel is spotless and in good repair. Breakfast the best I have had anywhere. Overall a wonderful experience.
