Very good
This hotel feels like it was built a half century ago but with its spiral staircase and Art Deco interiors it's quite charming. While old, the rooms are well maintained and clean. The bed was hard by western standards and the flat square pillows took some getting used to. Overall a unique experience.

Another great stay at Famous Hotel
It is joyful for us to go back to Famous Hotel, because of the people that work there. This time again, we got a very warm welcome. It feels good to have people remember you from previous times! And when we left, they came out to wave at us and even treated us to a taxi to the railroad station! (Make sure to keep on returning for these extra perks!) It’s a bit older hotel, but very clean and comfortable. We love the bicycles! The people are very available to help you with anything you may need. Additionally, the breakfast is good. The location of the hotel is perfect.

Location is excellent and the staff are fantastic. There’s free breakfast and free washing machine for laundry. Well worth the cost. Also just a short taxi ride from the station.

Fantastic staff and Super clean...
Fantastic staff who all speak fairly good English in the heart of the "temple" area that is an older property but in excellent condition for its age and super clean... Breakfast is a nice local cuisine off the main street on s quiet alley... The bed is on the firm side... Would definitely book again on a return visit...

Excellent value for your money
This waa our second stay at Famous Hotel. We stayed there two years aago and enjoyed it. Again this time, we loved it. Why? The location is convenient, the internet is fast, the breakfast is great. We really love to use the free bikes. The value to money ratio is excellent. However, the very best part are the people who run the place. They are kind, helpful and professional!

Nice and clean hotel. Bed was extremely firm, I would have slept on the floor had the carpets been newer, or the towels bigger! Breakfast could have done with something that wasn't cream in color. Overall for the price it was nice enough, I'd just recommend you buy some precooked eggs or something from 7/11 to make breakfast more exciting.

Great budget stay
The hotel was very dated but they keep it as clean and as best as they could. A no frills breakfast is offered. The bed is a bit hard and the sheets thin but for a short stay it was fine. The shower isn't quite strong enough but the AC was. You can easily fill up on your water bottle (hot or cold) on every floor, and I find the hotel staff to be the friendliest and most courteous during my entire stay in Taiwan. I definitely recommend this hotel to those travelling on a budget!

雖然老舊 但有浴缸 房間的窗戶乾淨 紗窗乾淨 看的出來有在保養 美中不足的是衣櫃和靠近廁所有衣蛾 可能較少人住 才長衣蛾 但無傷大雅 位置算鬧區 CP值高
