Expected the house to have a thorough clean, as per the confirmation email, but this was not done. Crumbs in cutlery tray and under the toaster in the cupboard. Dirty place mat in the kitchen. Dirty side cupboard with the ironing board and sweeping brush. Dust all round the edge of the carpets, I woke seeing this every morning under the wardrobe in the main bedroom. Smudges and marks on the doors, especially the upstairs bathroom. Poo water in the toilet brush holders. Big cobweb at the back of the armchair in the lounge.

self catering with ease
The house was in a beautiful location and it was relaxing to sit in the grounds on the river. Lisa was very welcoming and accommodating. She was on site during our stay. The house had all equipment required for a relaxing self catering holiday. The other guests were very friendly and the site was peaceful.

The property was just like the photo’s,which was very reassuring. An ideal spot by the river and very quiet.A great location for visiting eastern part of Dorset. Managed to do some sketching by the river. Will be recommending to familyand friends.
