Didn’t like anything, no parking was available and there were no staff to be found. Couldn’t even check in. Guest we’re leaving because there were bugs in the rooms

The hotel is on the old side.. well .. ok. But for the price I would like to have soap in the bathroom at least! Had to ask for it..Elijah couldn't have been nicer on my arrival. He was great. Can't give it high numbers..

Came on a recent surf trip and we're so glad we stayed at the Long Beach Hotel. The staff is super friendly! A special shoutout to Randy and Kathy for being so accommodating and helpful! Our room was very clean and the bed was comfy. There is no waterfront view but the beach is just a block away. The hotels offers complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby which was awesome. This is a great hotel for relaxing and enjoying the beach.

Expensive. Great location is all it has going for. Towels are taken away every day and have to call to get replacement. Carpets are dirty. Rooms are not cleaned

We left after one nite, dirty and smelly room, informed Expedia on first nite, that we had to leave due to health concern, still waiting on response for credit or refund on one nite

Hotel is aged but the rooms are clean. There is no restaurant service except on weekends which is a difficulty if one does not have a car. The staff is pleasant and accommodating.

Disappointing
The furniture is basic old and shabby, numerous patches in the ceiling in the room, the decor is cheap & mis matched, Reception is a cluster of grubby white chairs scattered around with the elevator looking more like the freight entrance. Overall an entire place needs a facelift for the price as the location is not convenient to everything.
