We went with 8 people, 4 adults and 4 late teens. Had a good time over New Years. Rooms were great. Food was ok. Rosa on the beach and the Omelette lady were excellent. Entertainment was great for the resort, just wished they had a pool table or ping pong. Beach was good. The morning chair claiming is tedious. Not sure why the hotel doesn’t have more chairs available. There is room on the beach. FYI-We have been to many beaches but we have never seen so many stingrays so close to beach. Snorkelling was awesome. We brought our own mask & snorkels and it was worth it.

Always a true pleasure to stay at this hotel; our eighth time now! The staff are wonderful, especially the bar and restaurant groups and still see many friendly members from our previous visits such as Albert (incredible manager), Adriana (buffet, the best!), Wilbert (lobby bar extraordinaire), German (beach manager, outstanding) and so many more - Thank you to all for your service. The renovated rooms are very pleasant and comfortable, with a small seating area and couch. However, the true beauty is outside with a stunningly kept property - a true paradise on earth.
