Had a family vacation and we loved it. The staff was attentive to our needs and questions. The service in the buffet or restaurants even the snack bars by the pools were great. even the cleaning staff was very attentive to us. the week passed by so fast we look forward to going back.

Lots of pool options. Great pool for kids. Beach was nice. Not over crowded. Soft sand. Hotel needs a little maintenance like the metal pieces in pool all rusty and some holes in foundation. Very clean and staff was pleasant. Food was great.

Mateo at the bar outside of the buffet was an absolute gem! This man knew our drinks and kept them coming. He was informative and helped us plan our visit to isla murjeres. We stayed in diamond cub and our butlers irving, jesus and sarah were very attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. Restaurants were amazing, zen hibachi was a great experience. The buffet also had ample food and Hunter Steak house was fabulous.

From check in to checkout, exceptional staff and accommodations. Extremely responsive to any requests and questions. Rooms were excellent, clean, well appointed with a great view. Food and drinks were delicious and plentiful. Would go back without hesitation

Resort is a bit dated but bed was comfortable, shower was great, and everything was in working order. Great staff. Buffet was very good and dinner at the steakhouse was excellent. Main complaint is too loud music in the pool area. But was great value for what we paid.

The staff was wonderful. Food was much better than any other all inclusive we have been to. Noise level is good, no super loud pool parties in the middle of the day. Our room was very nice with a two full bathrooms. The sofa bed needs to be replaced but my son just decided to sleep on the large lounger and was comfortable

Excellent hotel, everybody is friendly and informative, the food is fresh, beds are very comfortable and the room service is great.
