Mixed
We booked the family room with double and bunk beds. My only gripe is that we were not informed and it is not obvious from the accomodation pages or their own webpage that there is live music / karaoke on a Saturday night, which was very loud in the room and didn't stop until 12.30am. We have a two and four-year old who thankfully slept through it, but it kept me and my wife awake so we were shattered the next day. This should really be made clear on the website and hotels.com as we wouldn't have booked here had we known. On the plus side, the bed wasn't made up as a double when we arrived. This was fixed by the time we got back to the room in the evening and we were grateful for being able to check in early. The room itself was good and the breakfast was fine. The location is excellent to get to South and North Bay and the City Centre.

Friendly hosts and lovely room!
Stayed for 2 nights in a family room (King Size bed plus bunk-beds). Room very comfortable - mattresses nice and firm, bedding all nice. The room looked like it had been refurbished fairly recently - good bathroom/shower etc. Hosts were lovely - great breakfast - didn't eat in the pub so can't review that. Good location with parking at the rear. A bit of noise from the pub but nothing extreme - just what you would expect from staying in a pub!
