Lovely little complex in a great location. Staff friendly as always. Clean and bright. Just the job :)
In overall terms the hotel was functional, well away from busy seafront strip, with a good well kept pool and popular bar/cafe area. Staff helpful at front of house and cleaners. Rooms were a little tired and needed a makeover especially sanitary wear and bath surround.
Location is great! Near to the strip. The pool was not as clean as you would expect.
This was my second stay at Panorama and I’ve just booked to stay again in April 2020. I’ve stayed in the studio rooms with a pool view, which has two single beds, a sofa, a coffee table, bedside table, kitchenette, built in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom. En-suite bathroom is as standard. Only thing of note is that you cannot flush toilet roll so there is a small bin for your toilet roll. Kitchenette is well stocked and perfect if you like to cook for yourself for most of your holiday: small fridge freezer, microwave, 2 hobs, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and all cutlery, crockery, pots/frying pan and utensils. All of this is lovely and clean and kept up to date - I had a knock on the door on day 2 and had the kettle replaced (it was clearly on their list as I didn’t request this!). Fridge freezer is roomy, microwave is standard size and hobs work well. There is also a pull out dining table hidden in the kitchen cupboard! Studio: beds are slightly hard but I like that, some might not. Sofa and table are lovely. There’s also a dressing table with a mirror. Balcony: I’ve always had a room on the left hand side of the hotel so I’ve gotten the sun in the afternoon and evening, which is lovely to sit out and have dinner whilst watching the sunset. Pool is great, quiet and no arguing over sun beds. Bar and kitchen is well stocked, closes at 8pm. Small gym is great if you want it. Staff are extremely friendly and nothing is too much trouble! Love it!
I stayed there as was racing in the Ironman. It’s not the type of place that I would normally choose for a holiday, but was right for what I needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool area was nice, with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas for everyone. Pool isn’t heated, but still nice. Rooms are basic but clean, although are in need of modernisation and some remedial works. As nothing more than a base and a place to crash, it was fine. If I was to race there again, I’d be happy to stay there.
This is our 5th time at the Panorama could fault the hotel the staff or service. We paid the same as last time and was a little disappointed with our room allocation this was the smallest we've ever been allocated
Nice pool area, quiet, good bar prices, good location, nice staff, good size room and decent shower, floors near to door could of done with a bleach
Very clean and tidy. Perfect place for sun with peace and quiet.
Small and friendly. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Very clean, but perhaps in need of a little TLC. This however did not affect the holiday at all. Would certainly return
We like the location and that it’s adulta only- not impressed with bar closing before 8pm and no food available after then either.
