A very well-appointed hotel in a great location and will very helpful and personable staff. For a business visit that involves working in the room, I found the lighting to be insufficient. Other than that, it was comfortable, with a large bed and a great duvet.

Close to city centre with many good restaurants within walking distance. Parking under cover at the hotel. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Excellent lhotel.
Excellent location ,tram system is easy to use and very convenient for,the hotel. Plenty of local bars and restaurants with plenty of choice. Breakfast had plenty of choice,staff were exceptional both in the restaurant and on reception. We had booked a delux room and had requested by email for this to be on a high floor,on checking in we were allocated a room on the ground floor,and then found out that the delux rooms are only located on the ground floor. This was rectified with no fuss and we were given a family room on the 3rd floor.. As we have family in Holland and often visit we will deffanately be returning to the Ramada.

The room was very clean and tidy. However they forgot to clean the fridge and clean the Nespresso machine (still had an old capsule) and also to restock on the Kleenex tissue. Other than that it was really comfortable and enjoyable.

Room is clean,not very big. Have 1 bottle of still water and 1 bottle of sparkling water free of charge. Hotel reception is very helpful, appreciated a lot with their proactive help.
