This cute boutique hotel was an absolute gem! From the perfect location in Dennis Port, to the cute surfing/beach themed decor, to the very friendly and helpful staff - this hotel was amazing! The room was very clean, it was in a perfect location, and exactly as advertised and more! Can’t wait to go back here and stay on our next trip!

We were disappointed with our stay. This property was originally a motel that has been converted into what is now marketed as a boutique hotel, but unfortunately it still feels more like a renovated motel than a true boutique property. The rooms were extremely small, and the bathrooms were outdated and lacked even basic conveniences such as electrical outlets. The floors also needed much more thorough daily cleaning. We were unable to open the windows, and several of the window screens were ripped, making it difficult to enjoy fresh air without bugs. Overall, the property is in need of significant upgrades, particularly to the guest rooms and bathrooms. At its current price point, especially during peak season, it simply does not offer the value or level of comfort provided by many of the charming bed-and-breakfasts in the area. Until substantial improvements are made, I do not believe the rates are justified.
