Santa Lucia Downtown Santiago Chile
The Santa Lucia is in a very convenient downtown location. The hotel is very basic. You have to take an elevator to the 4th floor to get the the reception area. Most of the people at the desk do not speak English, so if you really need to communicate in English, this hotel would not be a good choice. There are no tissues provided so bring your own

Poor 2.0
Overall bad hotel: expensive for the product, old and generally badly maintained. Hard of access if you have a lot of luggage, no elevator to our floor... completly overpriced
JEAN PATRICE, us1 night business trip
Poor 2.0
Horrible hotel, unfriendly receptionista. No go
Rudeness of employees. They attend kindly Chilean people but in a very disgusting way any other foreigners. Poor cleaning. Poor breakfast. They charge extra if you want to access your room with someone even paying for a double room. The receptionist are the rudest and most unpolite people ever seen in a customer service position. The location is bad, all shops restaurants shut down after 8 pm. Not safe area. Very old building, but horrible staff
