Check in wasn’t very friendly. Our room was made up for 4 people (2of us) which was a bit strange. Breakfast was very good though

Staff are great , the first bedroom was noisy from traffic and noise from soil pipe that went past bedroom. Spa was poor , ok the sauna was ok , but the pool was rubbish and unbearably cold . Could be so much better with a hot tub and small plunge pool . Shower in bathroom is weird , no extract fan and no shower curtain. Who sits down to shower these days .

The a.c didn't work it was very hot in the rum. The girl in the resepson did everything she could and was very nice but the a.c was however not good.

It is unfortunate that the star rating system is nit standardized nor international. This is a 3-star hotel at most. It’s clean but worn and is due for updates in most departments. The restaurant serves frozen beef that is cooked (not grilled or fried), absolutely horrible (not to mention we got the wrong food first, although they did apologize - no compensation was offered). Breakfast was probably the best part. All in all OK considering the price but expect no luxury.

Great service but no AC
If the ac had worked and if the room had been in a better state of repair. This would've been a 5/5 review. The staff was kind and the breakfast was great, all of this to an unbeatable price. If I return to Brno and if I find reviews saying their ac has been fixed, I'll book another room, no question.
