    Opportunities for Improvement

    Nothing was bad about the stay, however there are three things of note: 1. Bed was particularly soft and not comfortable. 2. Shower head was shockingly weak. Any water saved was used by the extra time taken in the shower. 3. The actual bathroom was way too small. Space from the room could comfortably lost to increasing the bathroom.

    Poor and too expensive for what it is.

    As the picture shows the rooms are bright if not somewhat sparsely furnished. The outside is tardy and looks run down. The grass hasn't been cared for and it generally looks drab. The cost is high for what you get. It is more like a Motel 6 with a 3 or 4 star price on it. We would not return. The breakfast was very limited and poor quality food items. We felt we paid $150 and got $75 value.

    Nice getaway

    The staff was friendly. The room had a great view! It's older, but cute. Elevator was out of service, not a big deal for us, but could be for some. Breakfast was a little variety of items to choose from. Location was great.

    Disturbingly thin structure

    Walls were thin noise level on upper floors made enjoying stay disturbing irritating and unrestful. Complained about upper floor noise level and stomping. Facility did nothing to correct the situation of our 2 day stay. Will not stay or recommend to anyone.

    Ok room, very poor service

    We were very disappointed in this hotel. The staff did not wear masks or make any effort to follow COVID guidelines, to the point that we decided to quarantine ourselves after leaving due to possible exposure, since one of the employees coughed on us. The employees at the front desk were generally not very polite and seemed almost condescending. The room itself was fine (there was an issue with which room we reserved which was admittedly not their fault, but the staff did not attempt to help us correct the issue). The beds were comfortable enough and the TV worked. The shower was very nice. Unfortunately, the laundry was not working during our stay, so we had to go to a nearby laundromat, which wouldn't have been as much of an issue if that hadn't meant even more COVID exposure. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you want to feel safe during a pandemic.
