The rooms were clean. However the tiles were damaged and broken. Plus there was a lot of loud individuals walking and yelling and slamming doors. It was hard to sleep. The Heater air conditioner would not turn off and the room was either too cold or too warm.

Nice and clean hotel. Property looks to be fairly new. The room was great. Only complaint was the lady at the check in was a little bit too concerned with me not having a mask while checking in, asking if I didn't believe in the virus.

Property itself was clean. Staff completely unprofessional and rude if you have any complaints. Not a customer Service oriented property. I wouldnt spend money on this hotel again. Disappointed in this Marriot hotel.

Not that great for a “new” Building.
The reason why I choose this hotel was because it had a hotel restaurant, bar and Starbucks coffee. The Bar area was nasty with food particles. It was all closed because of “Covid”. The ice machines were closed. The lights in the room were installed incorrectly, the toilet was loose and leaking, almost every outside corner of the tile was broken. Had a piece of trim wedged under the cabinet to make it sit level. The pool was dirty, and you can see the pool pumps and filters through the “fence”, and they had tools and trash thrown all over the pool equipment area. There was a drunk lady who was smoking just outside the door to the pool, she actually passed out while we were out there! They don’t have any soap or shampoo and conditioner in the rooms, you have to ask for it at the desk.
