Great resort, but there was one downside: construction was ongoing, and our afternoon nap was interrupted by hammering and machinery. I’m not sure why those rooms next to the construction site were assigned to us. That was the only downside during our stay.

O hotel é bom, voltado para família com crianças. Fomos em casal e com amigos que tem filhos, pra casal assim como nós eu não indicaria. O quarto é muito confortável, cama boa e chuveiro ótimo. Único problema em relação aos quartos é o isolamento acústico, nao tem. Ouvíamos toda a movimentação do corredor e quarto de cima. Sentimos falta de sinalização de escadas, ficamos procurando pra usar e deveria ter dentro dos quartos uma indicação de como proceder pra onde ir em caso de incêndio, as escadas. A oferta de comida e bebidas é muito boa, os funcionários são simpáticos e estão sempre solícitos. Os jardins são super bem cuidados.

Os elevadores são um problema, pois no chech-out ficamos esperando por mais de 20 minutos. No jantar deveria ter mais opções de lanche, pães, queijos e acompanhamentos. No geral, é um ótimo hotel, especialmente para quem vai com crianças.

Infelizmente a estadia foi comprometida por um desagradável show, de quinta a sábado, com volume completamente impróprio que perdurou até a madrugada. Se tratando de um ambiente majoritáriamente familiar, se esperava que crianças e idosos tivessem um ambiente respeitoso, que respeitasse o sono e descanso. Infelizmente o show, com volume exagerado, em ambiente sem acústica e com péssima qualidade sonora (não relativo ao estilo musical) comprometeu o descanso de muitos, desde às 22h até a madrugada. Todos deveriam ter direito a aproveitar à sua maneira, uns se divertindo, outros relaxando, com respeito mútuo mas infelizmente não foi isso que encontramos.
