Charged my card twice, front desk wasn’t helpful.

Poor 2.0
Underwear
Our bed was not clean, had a hair on the inner sheet and they smelled. They switched us rooms and my daughter dropped something between the sofa and went to get. She felt something and pulled it out and they were men’s underwear. Thank goodness that was our last day and we were leaving already, but not clean at all. No parking , you have to park on the street and pay meter.

Good 6.0
Main complaint was parking in their garage which is very tight and small (I scraped my mirror coming out). Using the spot for an hour I got charged the whole day rate. Don’t recommend using their garage. Due to COVID it has changed some things like cleaning of, food preparations is not happening (received bagged breakfasts

Poor 2.0
not to trust worthy
A hotel staff member entered the room , removes things without permission and fail to tell us who was there when we wasn’t. Just saying watch your things close if you stay here

probably won’t return.
Staff was amazing and super accommodating. Was rather upset that we didn’t get the valet parking that was advertised on website. Parking was almost impossible. Not happy that we had to provide our own housekeeping - had to place trash, sheets, towels outside the room and ask for clean linens- Didn’t see this till last day - they were doing laundry in lobby area - sheet touching floor- linens on tables (one was where our bagged breakfast was place each day ) . Front desk people were folding linen- no gloves- rather concerned now for possible infection . Laundry was just everywhere . I would have checked out had I seen this earlier in our stay.need to offer room key entry at main door- revolving doors not in use - has to wait on someone to beep us in.

Excellent staff and quality of care
Our stay was wonderful! Staff was gracious and accommodating. Everything was very clean and they followed all required CDC protocols. I'll definitely be back!

Very good 8.0
Everything was great except for parking. They had garage opener that every time you came in or out you had to go to the front desk to get the opener or give it back. It just becomes tedious and the space to get to the garage and to get in the garage was just awful.
Mercedes, us1 night family trip
Good 6.0
Good customer service, but 👎 everything else
The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! I really appreciated their excellent customer service! I did notice that the trash can in front of the elevator on my floor was full the whole 6 days I was there. I was also disappointed that you could not get your room serviced and the continental breakfast was awful. It was in a brown paper bag, and everyday it was an apple or a banana, a yogurt, a bran or blueberry muffin, a granola bar, and either OJ or apple juice. At Holiday Inn, you can get your room serviced, and order your breakfast, pick it up contactless, and eat it in your room, and it was a real breakfast, not cheap/crap food. I don’t think I’d return to this hotel when we go back to DC. The 2 selling points for me booking this hotel was the continental breakfast and the rooftop bar. The rooftop bar was closed, even though DC had all bars/restaurants open until 10pm during this COVID pandemic...and the breakfast was a let down. I really wish I had booked the other hotel I was looking at.
