The check in was great and room clean etc but the one issue we had was the room was not cool enough and the controls to make it cooler would not work. We were on the top floor so the only way to get it slightly cooler was to open the only window (sky light). The problem with that is noise from the street inc the nearby resident Kitiwakes. If I experience similar in the future staying there I’ll flag with the staff i.e. air con.
