Very good 8.0
SMALL POINT BUT ....
No hand towels - was given the choice of a bath mat or bath sheet which was ludicrous to dry hands on after using the toilet and trying to wrap round my head after washing my hair. Surely laundering hand towels must be more cost efficient than laundering bath sheets for such purposes! The bed seemed slightly smaller than a standard double, but I could be mistaken.

Great for a stop-over or business trip
Reasonably priced hotel for a stop over. Small but clean room. Bathroom also clean and tidy. Comfortable beds.

Pleasant stay
Nice hotel, convenient location. Have to pay £3 to store bags which we were unaware of, despite having emailed, other than that a good stay.

Best place to stay close to Canary Wharf
Clean and compact and great location with loads of bars and restaurants around the corner

Small, good location, lovely staff
Really friendly staff, who actually smile- which is unusual for London. The room was small, modern and clean and very small. It was a double and fine for me on my own. However, think it may be a bit cosy if there were two people. Personally I would swap the colour changing lights for a kettle and a few tea bags - although the tea and coffee on sale in reception was good. Found the bed a bit firm for me. Good location and inexpensive.
