Communication was poor
We were sent an email and asked to check in online 24 hours prior to arrival. It asked about arrival time, parking, and said it would send a text when our room was ready. We never received a text and had to wait until after our event to check in. Check out was at noon, about 1030 and then again at 11, a cleaning employee entered our room with us still in it attempting to get ready.
