The room was clean and tidy, the hotel is nice , location is ok , the only problem is that is quite expensive, im VIP member and when i ask for the benefit at the reception they said that they don’t know anything about. O suppose to get discount for the breakfast but in the end the price was even up compare on what it says on the website, around 15 pounds plus you will have to pay for the servive and to be honest the food it wasn’t that good thats why we only went for one time . Much cheeper around cancun and more tasty. Honestly if was less expensive would be good but for what we pay without food is expensive and im very disappointed with expedia cause i suppose to get some benefit which i never received.

Beautiful view at the lake Niputche, just crossing the Blvd there is a nice beach. Just please put attention on small maintenance things, example status of paint in bathroom, loose bathroom fixtures. Don't let small cheap items to demerit the perception of the hotel.
