Comfortable considering centre of Magaluf

A little better than expected in Magaluf. Room very clean & in good condition. Nice view of beach. Decent food choice. Right in the centre of town so noisy but only what you can expect from Magaluf. We were on top floor facing the beach so slept pretty well.

The staff was brilliant and took immediate action when needed. Hotel itself is nice, wouldn't book half board again, just breakfast, because the food was not nice at all and we ate out innthe end . Perfect beach on the doorstep. If you come in peak season be aware that its on the party strip and many teenagers have the urge to shout and scream during the small hours when the clubs close.Parking is limited, although there are very few parking spots on the hotel grounds for €15 per night. Personally I feel that this fee is too high. All in all a solid hotel for someone who isn't bothered too much about details.

Quick family trip

Room was quite sad and dingy. No aircon or amenities listed. The bedroom didn’t even have a big light just lamps. When I asked for an iron they said I could see if someone returned one the next day… pretty unhelpful. They said I could have an adaptor then when I went to get it they said they don’t have it. Food was okay, average buffet style, pretty boring lunches though. The alcohol seems watered down which is especially sad with the 3 drink limit. The communal areas are really nice and the location to the beach and the spa were great. Most of the staff are super friendly. Not luxury standard which was to be expected but still not near a solid 4 rating. Local transport is close and the local restaurants are pretty good. Oceans restaurant and portofino were the best. Plenty to do at night however I didn’t partake as I was with my younger sister. Overall it’s a 3.5/5 from me, not a bad stay but not the best (:
