Lovely place to stay in Santiago
Great location, very close to park as well as restaurants and bars. 6 block wark to central market (an amazing place). Friendly and helpful staff, good sized rooms. Would recommend highly

Santiago Hotel
The Singular is one of the nicest boutique hotels that I've ever stayed in anywhere. The staff were quite superb and couldn't do enough for us. The room was spacious and well appointed and the breakfast made to order.

Fantastic Stay at The Singular Santiago
We stayed in at the Singular Santiago for three nights with our friends prior to joining Queen Victoria cruise ship in San Antonio. The check in was efficient but very under started.we were asked to sit down and offered a choice of tea coffee or enthused water. It was very pleasant. We arrived at midday out rooms were not, ready as checkin was 3pm. We were advised we could use the small roof swimming pool area which we did, it made our wait pleasant. Our rooms were very nice in good condition, there was a nightly turn down service. The reception staff were helpful, I wanted a kettle so i could make a cup of tea in out room this was provided and milk for my tea. Our friends also wanted a kettle so they could make mint tea in their room, this was also provided. We were given a complementary bottle of very nice red Chilean wine. The breakfast was very good including a cooked option on request. Good location centre of city in walking distance, also supermarkets near by if required. All the staff were very helpful without being in you face as they are in some hotels in other parts of the world.

A jewel of an hotel with some odd facets
A beautiful and tastefully designed and furnished hotel in an excellent location. The bedrooms are lovely and well serviced. A few quirks. The coffee machine in the bedroom is supplied with one ordinary and one decaffeinated capsule which are not replenished no matter how many nights you stay. If you want more you are expected to pay. After complaining I was given a capsule for each night of stay. The charming staff in the restaurant have been trained to bring food but not to look after the guests. The food will be delivered to the table but you may have to ask for salt and pepper or additional cutlery. No single person takes responsibility for your table though there is no shortage of staff. Paper, rather than cloth, serviettes give an impression of unnecessary meanness by the management.
