Amazing outdoor adventure basecamp!
The folks who run this motel were very welcoming and we really enjoyed the breakfast bags. Was a great basecamp for our family off road adventures.

Great people. Bad hours.
Front desk staff was excellent. Gave us very good and spot on advice for what to do in town that fit perfect with our desires. But, summer hours for the hot tub were a bit sad. It is hot in the summer so who wants to be in a hot tub during the hottest parts of the day. I get it during winter but 3-9 is hot in the Colorado sun. Having an early morning time would be advisable.

Overall, Best place in town
This place is great, don’t expect too much luxury but it is well located, breakfast bags were good and the friendliness of the staff second to none. We walked to the nearby waterfall, it’s uphill but the deer we saw along the way made the trek easier. Not close to Telluride!! (As the crow flies is deceiving)

Great hotel
We enjoyed our stay. Room was small but cozy and clean and plenty of room for what we needed. Breakfast was in room. Was quick microwave breakfast but it was fine. Love this town and this hotel was great. Would come again.
