Arrivée à 15h15. L'automat de distributeur de chambres ne fonctionne pas. Environ 12 personnes en attente. Ma réservation n'est pas reconnue, le N° de réservattion ne correspont pas. Je fais appel à l'interphone, une personne essaie de me guider avec un nouveau N°, qui ne fonctionne pas. Deuxième appel à l'interphone, une autre personne me donne un nouveau N° de réservation et me guide dans ma démarche. Finaqlement j'obtiens le N° de ma chambre et le code d'accès. et Surprise, mon interlocuteur me conseille de prendred l'écran en photo avec mon téléphone car le N° ne s'imprime pas toujours et parfois même on n'obtiens pas de ticket... Une fois dans la chambre une serviette de toulette n'avait pas été changée et pendant toute mouillée au porte serviettes
