10/10 Exceptional

My stay was excellent, hot tub, pool area clean
Verified review

8/10 Very good

The hotel room was super clean! Carpets were just shampoo'd. No complaints with the room. The hot tub and pool were clean, a little worn but useable! They never had any towels in there so we had to ask Everytime we went in for towels. The garbage was over flowin. In the pool area and outside garbages. The breakfast is your typical breakfast. Cereal, fruit, waffles. The juice was really watered down and my kids said the waffles tasted sour so we didn't end up eating. Overall I would stay again. Close to McDonald's and within 2-3 min drive to cool little shops and restaurants.

4/10 Fair

Room smelled like mildew and had a sticky bathroom floor. Our door did not shut unless you pushed up aggressively from under the door handle (staff showed me how to do this vs. switching us to another room). Hot tub was dirty and in disrepair. Breakfast was decent and beds were comfortable. I would not stay here again.

The lock door didn’t work and the front desk people knew that. When we told him he said that he called somebody already to fix it but nobody went. The hot tub was very dirty and the pool towels very small.

I have stayed here multiple times staff is always kind and respectful the room is always clean, the only thing that bothers me is the hot tub needs to be drained cleaned and repainted but other than that I've always had a wonderful stay there and been treated with the utmost respect
