The Hi-Tide is a great place to stay close to the Prom at Seaside with easy beach access. Our partial view king room featured a microwave/refrigerator with dishwater, a gas fireplace, and a roll away bed. Staff are so kind! Pool is adequate and breakfast is basic; Knowing this, we feel it is a fair trade for such an easy walk to the beach. Next time, we will get a balcony room so we can see the amazing view and awesome sunsets.

Our stay at the HiTide was comfortable and convenient to everything we wanted to do. We appreciated the treats, cookies, and daily breakfast, as well as the very friendly staff. Our non-view room was quiet and clean, although could use some updating. We felt safe and we appreciated the easy parking.

Its amazing! Stay here if you have family and want to enjoy Seaside Oregon. I recommend a 3rd floor room for nice views of the ocean. Cookies are a great touch for kids and the pool is clean and very nice. Perfect temperature although I did come in June. When I return to Seaside this will most likely be my go to hotel!

Overall our stay was pleasant and room clean & comfortable. Landscaping around property could be neater and the swimming pool was very comfortable but looks a bit dark and gloomy. Hot tub tile stains unappealing. Rooms dated but works well with families. Fireplace did not work well with faint gas smell.
