Lovely alternative to a hotel
Staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, allowed us to check out whenever best suited as the property wasn't booked for the next day. Cottage was clean, spacious and beautifully finished; breakfast (cereal and toast) were a nice start to a Sunday morning. Easy access to Silverstone and Towcester for shops and dinner. Didn't hear anything from the next door pub. Only downside is the location being next to a main road (the speed limit is 30mph but situated between two 60s so doesn't sound like it is adhered to). The traffic can be heard from the bedroom but isn't generally enough to disturb sleep.

Between the cottage and dinner in the adjacent White Hart Inn, we had a very enjoyable and comfortable night.

Amazing little cottage
The Old Stable Cottage is an amazing little find for a weekend away with the kids at Silverstone. It was clean, high quality and very comfortable. We had a great evening meal in the adjacent pub, and then the breakfast supplied (cereals, fresh bread and tea/coffee) was a lovely start to Sunday morning. Will definitely be coming back.
