This hotel had the best breakfast buffet experience we had in Italy. The hotel staff was very helpful with all our questions, needs and ever ready with great recommendations. A special shout out to Valentino who took extra time and patience with us in showing us the best spots to see and best restaurants for the food we were hoping to eat. Besides all this the hotel is furnished and decorated so authentic looking that we felt we were in a Venetian palace. We Highly recommend this hotel to the Venice traveler.

Hotel is in a beautiful palazzo. Exploring the halls reveal a lot of art painted on the walls and the hotel is beautifully decorated. The rooms have all the modern amenities while preserving the charm. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything was absolutely amazing. The staff were great and the location of the hotel was perfect for us. My only dislike was that I couldn't change the temperature of the room it was nice enough to open the windows but I attract misquitos and didnt want them in the room. Would definitely stay there again and would have liked to try the spa. They had the best breakfast out of all the places we went to.

The Hotel is beautiful and located away from the crowded and noisy streets. It is a 10 minute walk from Realto Bridge! The location was actually perfect for all of the sites, including St. Mark's and Doge Castle. The staff, especially the women who worked the breakfast every morning, were so wonderful! The breakfast included a favorite cappuccino every morning and a lovely selection of eggs, bacon, meats, fruits, cheeses, cereals, yogurt, etc. It was a lovely six night stay and we would recommend it for those who enjoy walking and prefer staying away from the crowds.
