Comfortable stay. I would go back.
Comfortable and reasonably priced. Check in was straightforward. Breakfast was self-service cooked and cereal etc. The only drawbacks were that the rooms were very hot and the staff couldn’t really cope with the numbers at breakfast. They did try but food ran out and so did coffee so there was some waiting around.

Clean room. There was no hot water available during all my length of staying, the least they can do to inform the customers about the fault in boiler and give them option to decide either refund to find another accommodation or relocate the customers to suitable hotel, no hot water in such cold time of year mean cannot take any shower or bath. On Sunday, no hot breakfast and the person who working in reception told me the reason because of limited tenants so no hot breakfast. I do not know is it delibrate efforts to make the stay for customers in that time uncomfortable, as courtusy I think the least to provide good breakfast, or provide voucher for future reservation with apology for the inconveniece. I think that was not professional act to deal with the situation, and not informing the customers about the situation to let them decide about whether to stay or find another place.
