I rarely write reviews but let me tell you, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. First room i got was full of ants on the floor so i got a new room. Second room had female hair all over the bed and towels. The AC/heating unit is extremely loud. Overall the place its very dirty. Its like they do it on purpose so you dont return. The spider crawling in my bed topped it all. A plus is lady at front desk is very friendly but all weird about COVID and very strange checkin. I travel a lot and this place its my worst hotel experience.

A very run down Inn - Never staying here again.
This place is an absolute mess. From the time you walk into the check-in office to the moment you happily leave. And we only stayed one night... I couldn’t imagine staying a day longer. First, the check-in office was insane. There was clutter everywhere. Ugly, tacky, string lights galore, three different bottles of hand sanitizer on a table (two of which were empty and dirty), different stacks of paper everywhere, cluttered and ugly furniture... it became immediately clear that whoever owned this place was a little “off” by the state of the mess. The rooms are embarrassingly bad: - The front door sticks and we had to yank it open. - The TV was left on. Weird. - What we noticed right away was that the remotes for the TV and AC were very weirdly put into huge ziplock bags, which is really bizarre and tacky. - The condiments for the coffee were also weirdly put into a ziplock bag in a really strange, gross, and messy way. - The beds were AWFUL. Just downright the worst beds we’ve ever slept on. Crummy, soft spring mattresses with a junky mattress pad on top. A Super 8 would have better mattresses. - The place is dirty, I do not believe it was cleaned well at all. Toothpaste was on the wall! - There is so much more but I ran out of characters for the review. The only good thing about this place was the very friendly employee during night check-in. We’ll be visiting The Hamptons frequently for work and will never stay here again. Yuck.

Had a good stay here. There was one issue which the property manager followed up on and was very professional and responsive about. Overall would recommend for a relaxed casual stay in the Hamptons!

The owner gave us amazing recommendations for our short business trip, which made our time off packed with really great activities. The owner gave us great restaurant suggestions and beach locations which gave this hotel a huge perk (to us). The lodgings were clean and simple, just what we were expecting and looking for. There is a very easy going and laid back vibe here, not your typical judgy hampton experience. Would definitely recommend!
