Great place
Two minutes from the station, five from Tivoli. Service was fantastic. Lovely and clean.

Good budget hotel, staff attitude should improve
Overall a nice budget hotel with good facilities and vibe, however one girl (Paulina, if I remember correctly) at the receptions was very impolite and brought the experience down.

Great Place, but a bit noisy
Overall, we liked the hostel quite well, the biggest complaint we have is that we were put in a first floor room by by the road. The noise from outside and the bar below was quite loud. The beds were extremely comfortable and the location was excellent though! Would definitely stay again, but would ask for a higher floor or interior room

Family stay
Great facilities in a great location. Friendly. There was a lot of noise from the surrounding area which did disturb our sleep. But they do sell earplugs!

Almost perfect
Almost everything about the hotel was perfect. Light was in a weird place in our room so even with it on it was quite dark. Only REAL issue we had is that we could often hear people running down the corridor but not late enough to keep us at night so more of a minor annoyance. That all said the service was brilliant and the location could'nt have better. If we ever come back to Coppenhagen we'll certainly be hoping to stay here again.

Perfect location
At the check-in we had some problems due to the fact that we couldn’t pay with cash, even though we asked for a pay at the hotel option, they charged our credit card. A couple of days later, we got a refund but that was £20 less than what they charged. The hostel is nice, but it smells fuggy. The rooms are a fair size and the beds were too soft ( at least for us) and the cleaning is ok-ish. Breakfast was good but we missed the traditional scrambled or hard boiled eggs. However the location was perfect bc it was close to the central station and everything was in a walking distance away from attractions and the city in general. Lockers are 5DKK per hour or 50DKK for 24hours.

Functional room in central location
Great location, round the corner from Copenhagen central station. We booked a private room for two, room was clean and basic - beds, wardrobe unit and bathroom, but functional. No room today during the stay for 3 nights, though lots to do downstairs. Most evening had an event on e.g. salsa dancing, and happy hour is probably the cheapest drinks in the city.

Poor 2.0
Lovely place, alarming attitudes to guest security
This is a perfectly nice hostel with pleasant rooms, a good bar, nice shared spaces etc. The check in staff are perfectly friendly. However I had an experience here unlike anything I have ever experienced in a hotel anywhere in the world. At 130am a member of staff burst into my room uninvited insisting I write my name on a piece of paper. He was rude, intimidating and appeared tired and stressed. ad I beeHn traveling with partner or kids I would have been even more shocked by his indifference to guest privacy or just the basic courtesies of barging into someone's room. After being loudly awakened by the experience I was left full of adrenalin and concerned about what on earth had just happened, why and whether I should have been worried about who he was (no ID, no introduction) or what he had stolen. The following morning the first person I spoke to at reception refused to let me speak to the person in charge. When I finally did they were apologetic and vaguely offered "something from the bar" as a goodwill gesture and promised to raise the matter. Without more reassurance than that about how they train their staff and what their protocols for entering guest rooms are I can only suggest to other travellers that this chain is one best avoided particularly for anyone who sleeps poorly or is likely to be left alarmed by a 6foot man bursting into their room in the early hours of the morning. I would love to be contacted by the management team for a better explanation of this.

Centrally located hotel 2 minutes fcentral station
Room was fine for 3+1 baby. We missed higher water pressure in the bathroom and some initial help with the luggage at arrival. Here, I would recommend having a card payment option for the luggage racks. We had no coins and all the big spots where taken.
