I Won't Be Back.
My father-in-law used to have a timeshare here. So, we've been at this property many, many times. The timeshare is no longer in the family, we booked through Hotels.com. First, let me say I've stayed in hotels around the world. This was the second-worst experience I've ever had! The beds were nice and comfortable. But, that's about the end of the niceness. The facilities are dated and old. Now for the worst part. Around 5:30 pm, our neighbors directly above us started fighting, screaming, shouting, stomping, using profanity, etc... We called the front desk after listening to this nonsense for 10 minutes or so. Things began to simmer down. Then around 10:30 pm, it started all over again. I called the front desk again to complain. After getting off the call, things started falling off our ceiling. A smoke detector and another light fixture plate came down. Again, an immediate phone call to the front desk. Things settled down until 3:00 AM. That's when the bed noises, directly over our bedroom commenced. For the net 2 hours, our neighbors, who had been fighting, began to have a sex marathon. It could have made a wonderful soundtrack for an adult film. The walls and ceiling have little insulation so we heard the whole thing. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Management should have evicted our neighbors after the second complaint or compensated us for this experience. They are more interested in collecting their fees than your overall experience. I WON'T BE COMING BACK.

Fair 4.0
Terrible place - pictures were very misleading.
Worst ski condo we have rented in a long time. Windows breathed. Heater was not centrally controlled - each floor unit had a dial that did not equal it's actual setting. Full beds in two rooms and bunks in the third bedroom - not good for tall people. Kitchen was usable, but the dishwasher door could not open because a wall heater was in the way - why??

Okay for a single overnight
Floor in room was uneven; room was cramped.

Front desk staff was snobby. We were "upgraded" Ito a room that looked occupied. The wall heaters are weird. But it's a great place to stay nonetheless; quiet and clean. Huge rooms with well stocked kitchen.

Cozy spot
Great place for the night. Checked in late, so we didn't have a chance to check out any of the extras. Our room was nice, clean, and comfortable.

Very good 8.0
Great value for a super location.
We stayed in a small suite which was complete with a two burner stove, small fridge and adequate dishware and utensils for cooking in if one chooses. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great TV and comfortable bed. Lacking on closet space, so be satisfied with a wardrobe and chest chest of drawers....and towel service to the room had to be requested twice in a 5 day night stay. Overall the value for the price was super.

Nice place to stay
The room was nice and spacious, and the pool/hot tub/sauna were just what we needed to relax and enjoy a quick one night stay. Definitely recommend.
