Disappointed
We booked the apartment due to the lovely pictures of the double sided view over Inverness. When I did the pre check in it said we had a two bedroom apartment instead of the one bedroom we had booked. When querying this I was told we had received a free "upgrade". The only perk of this upgrade was the additional bedroom. I confirmed that we had specifically booked the one bed with river views because of the windows in the pictures. I was told I had been moved back to this room.
On the day of arrival, firstly our allotted parking space was already taken and we had to try and find another empty space with in the garage, secondly when arriving in the apartment it was not as pictured and did not have the corner double sided windows we specifically booked for. I emailed straight away to get this cleared up and was informed that there were several one bedroom apartments with river view and they could not guarantee a specific room. When asking why there were no pictures of any of the other rooms with river view I got no answer!
During our stay we had glass on the floor in the bedroom that went in my foot, fortunately it was small enough to be able to pick it out again. One morning there was someone trying to get in to the apartment at 9am with out knocking or ringing the bell. We also had someone come to the door around midnight one night.
There is not enough hot water for one shower and one bath around the same time.
Overall its pleasant but I will book the premier inn next time
