Great, central location in Reykjavik
Enjoyed the clear instructions, free wifi, quiet but central location and the Icelandic street food bar next door

Great location but noisy road
Checked in quite late and checked out early the next day, so can't comment too much. Nice decor in guesthouse and great service at reception (very helpful). I had a room facing to the road which was quite noisy as it's the busiest main road in Reykjavik. The single bed was a little wonky so I felt like I would fall out and didn't sleep very well, but otherwise the guesthouse was nice and good value for money.

Local charm
I booked a last minute solo trip to Iceland and this was the perfect place to stay, both for location and Icelandic charm. It was within walking distance to anyplace you want to go and just steps away from a bus stop where the tours pick you up. The owner/operator was friendly and happy to share useful tips on making the trip enjoyable. Definitely recommend for a person who likes to be immersed in the local culture instead of at a big box hotel.
