    Issue with cold water

    Excellent overall, however we had an issue with cold water, there was no cold water from 6am to 12pm, it was unacceptable and sanitary was a big issue. Breakfast buffet needs a lot more desire. They need to provide wider selections.

    It is a nice hotel with friendly staff

    Very good breakfast buffet. The cooks must be very good. I found many dishes were all very well prepared. The rooms are comfortable. Low points are: hotel’s Wifi was exceedingly poor. The regular telephone in the room is also very poor quality: very noisy with static noise that I can’t call housekeeping. By the way, subway construction is on going while we stayed, but no noise pollution. Only in and out of the hotel could be messy. Rooms are nice and comfortable.
