Really nice if you focus on the place itself
A lot to go through, trying to be fair. The place is lovely, we had two main issues. One it's not their fault: we had stayed at a different hotel the previous nights in Prague (a really nice one for a lot less money) so the comparison was hard to avoid. The other one was a far from ideal customer service, I checked out of the other rooms 11am, was ready to head to this one around 1.30 to make sure I had time for everything and wanted to have all the info before heading there... but nothing. Really hard to get answers via email, taking forever, I had to call three times, hard to reach them... not convenient at all. Once we got here, yes, the place is nice, spacious, with kitchen and laundry, room upstairs, and the best part waiting another set of stairs up, in the little terrace. We did not enjoy it much as we had to leave early the next morning. The main reason I booked this one was for that view, for our final night of our vacation, and the view is really nice indeed. When I put it together with the cost of the place, the challenges of the check in process and getting the codes and all, not sure it is worth it for one night, maybe not that terrible (cause the place is nice) if you are going to stay longer. Btw, location was pretty good quiet enough in spite of being walking distance to old town, the room and bathroom nice, pillows great, etc.

Convenient and Safe Apartment
We were so impressed with the apartment we had. Everything was so well thought through in particular the safety of entry with our PIN code and entry via the lift. Vicinity to the old town square was so amazing, only a short (less than 5 min) walk. Highly recommend.

The location is great and the apartment equipped very well. Clean and easy to use. Kitchen and washer really helps for travellers. The only thing I misunderstood is the roof top - I thought it accessible for all guests but actually only certain unit can use that. It should be amazing good to sit there to see the city. Anyway, I am totally satisfied with the living there. Love Prague.
