Affordable and comfortable
The location is ideal in relation to Cane Garden Bay beach however the location is up a steep hill. Also stairs to the upper level units. No worries for us but be advised. The pool is small but the courtyard is neat and includes a little wet bar area for drinks. This was our 4th stay there without issue. Certainly not like Quito's next door but certainly not the same price either!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Walkable distance to grocery, beach, restaurants. Pool was small but wonderful for our group, and you could view the ocean. View from balcony was breath-taking. Would definitely stay here again.

a gem at Cane Garden Bay
It may be a little outdated, but it is really nice. the rooms are spacious, the interior has nice colors, and the balcony with the view beats everything. not much communication with the owners, no reception, but everything worked out very well. Would definitely go again.

amazing views and rustic quaint charm. if you want modern and high end irs next door for twice as much. this is not the hilton however we came to tortola for an authentic experience. very nice beach with interesting beach bars, limited food choices and nighttime activities.
