Fabulous!
A fabulous place to stay in Santiago! Arrived late at night after a king flight and immediately felt welcome, great location and staff very helpful! Also amazing breakfast.

Great comfort, location and breakfast
This is my second stay (last time was two or three years ago). The hotel was already good but I think the service has improved. Staff were previously helpful and engaging - they just had a good attitude, and I think this has improved further. Breakfast has also improved a lot; there was a range of fresh fruit, cheeses, cold meats, omelette, fresh juices, teas, coffees etc... but everything seemed pretty high quality. In many parts of Latin America it is hard to get a good breakfast even at a reasonably expensive hotel. We stayed on a top floor room; the views over the city are not amazing but pleasant, the balcony area is a lovely touch. There was a useful office / dressing area, separate from the main sleeping area. The local area has a lot of great restaurant and bar choices, all very walkable.

The place to stay in Bellas Artes
This is a cracking little boutique hotel in a great area for visiting key parts of Santiago. Many places are in walking distance and there is a metro station around the corner. There is a modern, minimalist touch in the furniture and fittings of the building. The superior rooms are quite spacious and the beds are large. We had one with shower at the back which was very quiet and one with bath and shower at the front that was less quiet. You take your choice. The staff are first rate. We have never had such good service from reception staff anywhere. They are friendly, helpful, have excellent English and they are genuinely keen to help you. They are also very good at arranging things for you. We really appreciated what they did for us and they really made our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. We would like to thank them for their efforts. The breakfast was varied and of good quality and there was free tea and coffee available at all hours in the comfortable reception lounge. All in all, a super place to base yourself in.

Good stay & great value
Lovely boutique hotel with comfortable rooms in a convenient and central area for us plus friendly service. Enjoyed the little things they offered like free tea & coffee throughout the day that included chopped ginger. On one occasion there was no one at reception but after 10 mins another guest let us in...small potatoes for a good overall experience.

The hotel is fantastic — looks great and very comfortable. The staff are knowledgeable and very helpful, ready to answer every question. There is a great selection of barber shops nearby, for those to whom this may be of interest!
