Unable to eat at the the hotel I’m staying at!!!
The stay was so good we cut our alternate stay in Haro short to return for out last night. Completely different experience!!!! Parking was full - Redirected To parking close by; Hope they are paying for it! Can’t get food - despite tables being empty they have signs on them for saying reserved for.13:30 and it’s now 14:15 (45 minutes later) and a shrug of the shoulders and being told to move! Means I will eat elsewhere! Shocking service!! So my score reflects my initial visit - my review for this one will be very low!!

Good 6.0
Nice hotel but lousy rooms for solo travellers.
Nice hotel with good breakfast. But the bedroom was sooo small you couldn’t swing a kitten and it didn’t have ANY natural light or air so I woke up with a headache and sore throat. Stay at the hotel but be warned if they try to give you a room ending in a 4.

Great view
Excellent spot, especially if you have a bedroom balcony overlooking the spectacular playa de la concha

This hotel was quite expensive and 4 star. Plus points -It does have an underground car park and fabulous location. Receptionist was helpful on arrival. Minus points- Breakfast is disastrous and we would advise not to bother. There is no tea/coffee facilities in the room. No air conditioning. No fridge. We had twin beds that were made up as twin beds - no effort to make it feel like a 'double room'. Furniture was sparse. No chairs on the balcony. We wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Classy beachfront hotel
Great view, great location along beach promenade, could hear the ocean while we slept. Bed was very firm, a bit too firm. Classic vintage look but clean.

Very nice hotel, right on the beach. Would have rated higher if there had been air conditioning.

Some time ago stayed at hotel with sea view and very nice staff; this time for high price no sea view and rather impolite reception

Very good 8.0
Great location - get a room with a view!
Super location with quick access to beach and activities. The restaurant downstairs is good for quick snack or a meal. Our room with a view was ideal for beach watching. Overall, a great find. Relative to other towns, San Sebastian is pricey so that given, the hotel is pricey for a 3 star but other hotels most likely are also.
