Needs Improvement
Having read some very positive reviews I have to say I was a little disappointed. The service in the restaurant was slow, and the food a little cold when served. The air conditioning didn't work properly and when I asked for someone to check it, there was no difference in the temperature on my return to my room. One of the waste bins in the room was not emptied, so for a supposed 5 star hotel the service was not up to standard.

This is a very nice hotel but, unfortunately, it is not too convenient either for the airport or for the centre of the city. The hotel is comfortable and the service was excellent.

Quality at its best
I have been coming to Pleiada each time I’ve popped into Iasi ,the comfort of the facility is top quality and I’ve just not long discovered the Romanian restaurant by the basement and I was pleasantly surprised!!

Amazing experience.We stayed there for 5 nights and we had the best 4 nights of our life.The last night was a bit annoying as there was a wedding party and the noise was a bit too much for us .Apart from that :great food,very nice spa and the staff was 6*

Hotel was located out of city
Basically they dont turn on the lights on hotel as soon as you get in to reception area its dark you cant even see receptionist corridors all dark no shops or entertainment around if you ask for hotel staff about anything they just tell you its petrol pump round the corner go and get it from that shop i was booked there for three nights and i just left the second day and went to another hotel by the name of international hotel amazing location staff friendly and helpfull big shopping mall just next door all entertainment just 0.5 min away better price open and light will suggest international hotel to friends

Sometimes this hotel seems like the 5 star establishment it is, but then there are times it's more like a 3 star! Enthusiastic staff are often keen but to often the mark in so many respects. It's almost as if they are intimidated by the environment. That said, it's the cheapest 5 star I've stayed in so I guess it evens out.

Nice quiet hotel, set away from the road.
This is a nice boutique hotel, which is situated off the road. It is quiet hotel (except if there is a wedding reception on). It is comfortable and very affordable. As a marketer I would say this has nearly the quality of the Hilton at half the price. This was my second time in staying in the hotel (repeat customer).
