Unless you are comfortable with vile, filthy living areas and bugs crawling around/on you, and questionable guests, go somewhere else. Note… I grew up in a trailer house. I literally just needed a place to sleep for 8 hours or less. Always one to give the benefit of the doubt, I decided to give it a shot. Poor choice. This is located behind a truck stop, FYI. Upon entry to the lobby, there is a smell. Check-in was extremely fast and easy, and it went downhill from there. I did not see an elevator so I took the stairs to my room on the second floor. Entering the hallway, the smell became stronger, and there were multiple rooms with doors cracked open, and one could hear people talking at 10:30 PM. I arrived at my room, swiped the card, opened the door and was hit with a terrible stench of human urine. I turned around to shut the door and witnessed four or five cockroaches scattering up the door frame. I stood in shock for less than two minutes, trying to figure out my plan for sleeping, because I sure as hell was not going to do it here. When I arrived at the front desk, I announced that I was not staying here because the room smells like piss and there are bugs crawling on the door frame. The man said do you want a refund, and I said yes please he issued me a refund and I left. Thankfully, I had a friend in the area and was able to stay with her. I’ve yet to verify if I’ve received my money back. Place ought to be condemned, honestly.

Parking is well lite. Room had no carpet and floors clean. Lights in room not functional except bathroom and by the bed. Air conditioner cooled well but smelled like pot (Marijuana). Easily heard argument in hallway, no sound proofing. Bed was very firm, sheets and towels stained. Staff was present by not friendly or welcoming.

Building and rooms are not kept up and looks like a drug house. Garbage all over outside the parking lot and sketchy looking vehicles of people hanging around. Not feeling safe at all. Definitely a place if I didn’t have a handgun and wasn’t a big male, I would not stay here.

The motel needs more upkeep. Some areas are lacking. Furniture needs replacement. A refrigerator and microwave should be in the rooms, not downstairs and unkept. Quiet enough most of the time. Burns in bed covers that need to be changed out. VERY BASIC! At any price.
