1-night trip

Wonderful hotel. We had a great room In the townhouse. Was a bit noisy on Friday night, but that’s to be expected downtown Dublin.

All was fantastic, but the feeling of the towels was too much rough.
1-night trip

6/10

The hotel is very stylish and beautifully decorated - however beware that if you’re given a room in the new extension (not the original townhouse) that it’s going to be VERY small. Good only knows what would have happened if this had been a work trip and I’d needed to work in the room.

Pros: Beautiful decor Friendly courteous staff Great snacks in the room Free water bottles TV in room Cons: Very small Tight space Shower wouldnt drain properly Check-in was in a different bdlg, had to go through multiple doors and outside in the rain twice to get to the lifts to go upto our room.

10/10

Lovely stay. Staff accommodated an earlier check in which I was so grateful for. Noisy at night but there are ear plugs and it did not impact our stay. Staff were lovely throughout the hotel and Sophie’s was fab for food.

Charming hotel with comfortable rooms, two speakeasy style bars, and a rooftop lounge restaurant.

2-night trip

The stay was good, the staff were friendly and helpful. At night there was a lot of noise to sleep, as the hotel is above a nightclub.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Definitely recommend it!
2-night trip

8/10

Great location. Warm welcome. Excellent staff. Room was small, very small but it did all we needed it to do. No seating area in the room. With no room in the room we spent a lot of time in the lobby and the fifth floor lounge. Glad we did.

Hotel is in a great area, very lively. Friendly staff overall great experience but if staying over a weekend could get very loud at night. David the reception was wonderful.
3-night trip

6/10

In general the staff was very nice, with the sole exemption of the terrace manager on Wednesday, who was very rude about changing me from table to table, when i had my table assigned by the restaurant staff in the first place. He really made me thinking about not recommending the hotel at all. The rooms are super small too.
2-night trip

8/10

The hallways were super dark and a vacuum was in our hallway over night. The main lobby looked decent but was clearly partied in a lot. They said when we checked it it was a party neighborhood which it clearly was. It didn’t bother us so much but could tell it was a bit run down from it. The room was nice. The bed was comfortable and felt clean. I think we had a handicap bathroom because it was a very low sink and shower just open to the whole room which made it all very wet.
2-night trip

6/10

The room was extremely small for a family of 3. The bathroom door was not working properly so you couldn’t close the door all the way or you got stuck in the bathroom. Had to have my husband push the door from outside the bathroom a couple of times to get out. We were put in 404 which we found out that night was right under the bar and they played music and had a DJ all night (until 3am). They do provide earplugs but the fact they actually put a family on that floor and don’t tell you. Our sleep that night was awful. Would not recommend this hotel if you have a family or older and not into club life. The location was nice and the front desk folks were nice.

Room was too small
3-night trip

2/10

Dreadful. Condescending check in person. Banging / thumping since 6 am this morning. Had lunch in restaurant and I should have known better from previous experience. I think they thought they were doing us a favour in serving us. For just under 300 yes 300 euro it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had

Excellent welcome by gentleman at reception. Friendly, fast and even gave us an early check in.

Dave on reception was so welcoming and friendly. Beautiful hotel with a down to earth atmosphere thanks to the friendly but not over the top staff. We were celebrating birthdays and we got an upgrade to a beautiful suite! Second time we’ve stayed here and it’s now our top choice when visiting Dublin. Lovely area too!
