Great place to stay for a ball game
Customer Service was over the top helpful prior to our stay. One AM we woke up to no hot water. The security guards were clueless, but the concierge was great.

Average experience
It was OK for the price point, but I didn't think the bed/bedding was very comfortable. We were also over looking an extremely loud factory of some kind, so not recommended for people who can't sleep with white noise! I recognize that the instructions are to leave the keys in the apartment. I forgot this on my day of departure, and when I tried to give them to the door man, he didn't offer to take them, he made me go all the way back up, with my bags to leave them inside. Like... you couldn't have offered to take them for me?

Good Location With many issues
The apartment size was good, the location was nearby the medical area. I had issues with annoying people staying on top and next to the apartment, and the sound of police cars most of the time. The main issue is the cell signal which was annoying because I had to get out of the building to call someone or answer the calls.

We stayed here for the convenience of getting to a local hospital and price. It was a great place for my family. We lost a loved one and it gave a wonderful place to grieve before driving home the next day.

Poor communication regarding parking we checked in at 4 pm and checked out a 9 am the next day; they charged us for 2 nights at $55 per night

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment MONTHS in advance. We paid for the hotel (no refund allowed). Two days prior to departing for Boston we received an email (good thing we check email!) from Global saying, 'We have a long term guest that is in the apartment you will be staying in, that is looking to extend another month. We are asking if you would be interested in moving your apartment. We have 2 one bedroom units or a 2 bedroom apartment 8 miles away. I responded that I would not like to move since we are a party of 5 and my two young daughters are traveling with us. Email #2 said that the current guest is not going to move due to medical conditions and I was now bumped (forced) to move and offered Uber $ since it is away from Fenway where we wanted to stay and walk around. I do not buy this story. I believe the long stay guest bumped the short stay guest and this is BS. In the end we were BUMPED/FORCED to move. We moved to the Global suites in China town...just on the edge of the sketchy side of town and no Uber $ because this condo was an 'upgrade' to the condo at Fenway. Really? I will not book with Global again. Nor will I ever recommend anyone book with Global. Warning...even if you pay for your accommodation in may be bumped. Signed, Angry and frustrated customer.

Dirty and broken
The first apartment they gave us was not clean and had many things wrong with it. After the dishwasher flooding the apartment Churchill finally relented and gave us another unit. This one didn't have a working dishwasher and I had to call maintenance again.

Poor communication
Great location but extremely difficult to get a late check out time so in the end with everyone not communicating at all we didn't extend our checkout time. We have never been treated so poorly as we did on this occasion. Never will i use the group to deal with again and I would not recommend them either.
