The only negative was that the tv didn't work. It was hard to locate someone who was responsible. Minor. They have a check out time and they are serious about it.

I really enjoyed the location, I must admit when checking in i was slightly upset as the pool closed due to a maintenance issue, however the staff saw my irritation and upgraded me and gave me free parking. The pool was fixed and running by the next morning so they really worked on things fast. The apartment had everything one would need.

Great location friendly staff. No one in house keeping even though we had a kitchen and sofa bed. Needing a key to go down the elevator was very inconvenient for guests. The buzzer didn’t work to let people in the building

The apartments are spacious and the staff is great. Really solid location in Vancouver, close to lots of stuff that's going on. Gym, pool, sauna, efc are nice but not as good as the levels in LA that I stayed at.
