Felt no different to a five star hotel. Same exact view as the volcano suites. Lovely rooms with jetted infinity tub serviced daily. The breakfast was everything you could want. Lots of pastries, different fruit juices, 4 different types of eggs, hot breakfast, crepes, French toast, tons of fruits. Really great breakfast. The only thing I wish they would accommodate is an earlier breakfast. It starts at 830 am. Most of the tours were 8 am or 9am. Since breakfast was included in our rate we asked if we could order it to the room or if there is some way they could accommodate us before 830 and that was not an option or facilitated. But other than that. A gem of a place. U literally get the entire caldera view.

Good 6.0
We went here on our honeymoon. When booking we were looking to stay in fira cliffside. This says it's in fira city but it is so far out we spend hundreds of euros on taxis. There is only a run down looking Mexican place down the road for food which we never went to. The suites themselves were nice but not as fancy as they look in pictures and the pool is not as big. They have a pool bar which didn't open the whole week when we asked if it would open they said later. We really enjoyed our trip to santorini but were slightly let down by how it was advertised and being there itself. The rooms where not what we expected but still nice.beds were very comfy and staff were lovely.

Nice place but don’t expect a great service.
Good place with great view but the manager at reception was the rudest and the guy at the restaurant not the easiest.

Food poisoning was a sad way to end a lovely holid
As a whole, my wife and I had a lovely stay at the Azzurro Suites until the last night when my wife was served uncooked chicken - dangerous enough to anyone, but exceedingly worse to pregnant woman, as my wife is. We informed the hotel but the owner / manager was not available - we have tried to speak to him in person and sent 3 emails yet have received no response. Clearly he does not care about us nor his customers as a whole. All the other staff were very welcoming and nice but there was no-one with authority who could help in the food poisoning incident at the time, or since. For this reason I could never recommend the hotel to anyone.

Long awaited one off treat
We booked this as a treat night after almost 10 years of staying on the east of the island and Azzurro Suites met all our expectations. Comfortable room and sun beds, great bathroom and shower and an amazing place to watch the sunset. We knew it was not close to Fira town but that was not a problem. Food in the restaurant was a good price and very well cooked so we dined there in the most romantic of settings wayching the setting sun. Buffet breakfast the next day was plentiful and well cooked. Staff were efficient

Amazing hotel.
Hotel was lovely. Extremely clean, modern and hotel staff were so so friendly. I would say there was a little bit of noise through the day and in the morning due to the staff radios. But overall I would highly recommend!

Nice view
We enjoyed the view from the hotel. It was very private and beautiful. I wish the reception area provide more information about the activities on the island.

Don’t stay here!
Please don’t stay here. The bathroom was unclean. The shampoo dispenser was cheap and broken. Service was terrible. Front desk receptionist was so rude. She wouldn’t tell me her name after I asked her for it. It was a big disappointment. I stayed at San Antonio suites in Santorini and filotera and they were exceptional. I thought this hotel was very close to Fira but we still had to spend $$$ for transportation. The extra sofa bed was rusty and dirty. The towels by the pool had white crust on them. It was Terrible

Something is very, very wrong here
Let me start by saying that I am aware that this is a three star hotel, and what one would expect for three stars. But this place was pretty unbelievable, in the worst way. The room was fine and the property had a beautiful view, the service was abominable. I will try to list what went wrong: The young women at the reception desk checked us in and said we needed to pay a travel tax and that it must be in cash. Tax - true In Cash - can’t find that fact anywhere in my research. Nobody showed us around, explained the room, or anything else. I think it’s pretty standard that almost any star hotel would give you some info. Nobody told us you have to have all the doors and windows closed to run the AC and were rude about it when we went to complain about the AC not working. They serve FREE breakfast in the morning. My boyfriend walked down to get a cup of coffee and bring it back to the room. The told him he would be charged for it if he took it. Really? Pretty sure this happens all the time. We asked to speak to a manager at one point and the same young lady said there were no managers. Really? At check out they produced only a bunch of little receipts for our incidentals in a pile on the desk. I asked if they do a print out of the charges - again standard most places. They said to get it through Expedia. Huh? We were told that we would get 10% off our incidental charges if we paid cash. Another first for us. Would love contact info for ownership
