The staff outside of the hotel and the parking staff are not helpful , not helping to move the luggage to the car for two old ladies until we ask for help. The hotel location is good , the room size is ok but the toilet has strong smell. It has own parking charge 12000 per night. The reception staff was nice and helpful .

It's an old Hotel and is a bit old fashioned in the decor and room layout. But the staff and service are fantastic and there a several restaurants on site along with a bar. I had breakfeast every day of my 5 day stay and it was good, especially the omelette station and onigiri which are made to order. The location is great there are many shopping stores nearby and Tenjin station is only a 5 minutes walk away. The frontdesk helped me with a restaurant booking and taxi booking for a day trip away from the city.
