The location couldn’t have been more perfect and despite it being a holiday weekend the parking lot/BNB never felt crowded. Everyone we encountered was lovely and helpful, and the room was a perfect place to take a midday nap or unwind after hours on the beach! We would definitely stay again.

The staff here was so kind and thoughtful. The breakfast was amazing all 3 days and the beach was very quiet and great waterfront. The section we stayed has not been updated like some of the other units but was fine and comfortable. The general location was good and easily walkable to food and drink places. Really enjoyed our "By the Sea". Our room, one of the less expensive rooms with a view of the parking lot and another building was, nevertheless, very comfortable. Excellent king bed was, efficient, quiet AC, large enough to move around. The location -right on the beach with a sea-view breakfast room.Breakfast was terrific - freshly made muffins, eggs, meats, fresh fruit. A good value.

We stayed only one night to visit our daughter who lives in the area. We LOVE this place. Tom was incredibly accommodating to our needs and very knowledgeable about the area. It’s situated right on a beautiful beach and has amazing views. We were unable to take advantage of the breakfast, but from everything else we saw/experienced I am confident it would have been top notch! We will definitely return!
