I booked the place for us (a couple) for 3 nights. I would say my experience has been completely disappointing. I will list out everything so it helps others. 1. The bathroom was not really cleaned on Day 2 of stay. 2. For 2 adults, they gave 1 towel in the room only. After requesting we got one more. 3. The bedsheets were not changed on Day 3 as we noted. 4. The toiletries were not provided on last Day. 5. The hotel specs say that the double room will either have a bath or shower and the pictures shared by Hotel show only bath tub in the rooms. Believing this, we booked this place. On arrival, it was told to us there is no double room in the lodge with bathtub and there is only one family room with bathtub in the whole lodge. This was quite misleading in terms of hotel description. 6. There was no one to help with moving luggage considering there were no lifts. 7. The room had a weird smell. We asked for room freshener and we were told that there is no room freshener available at the lodge. They even sent us surface cleaner in the room, which I don’t know what they were thinking before sending. Some other things to reflect as well, but overall terrible experience.
