My stay at Bicester Golf Club Hotel & Spa was genuinely enjoyable. The property is calm, well‑kept, and offers a comfortable experience across the board. The facilities are clean, the rooms are spacious, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing. A special mention for Molly, who we met every morning at breakfast. She was consistently exceptional - warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. She remembered small details, checked in proactively, and made each morning feel welcoming. Her service stood out and elevated the stay.

Hotel and spa seemed nice, was there for 1 night, rooms just seemed outdated for the price would be better priced at 110 a night not 165 also food was nice but expensive 24 quid for an average burger with chips and 3 onipn rings for what it was in my opinion.

Really helpful staff, spa and gym were really well equipped, although one of the footie spa unit was missing a plug. Restaurant on Saturday night struggled with orders however food was very nice when it arrived. Rooms very clean and spacious.

6/10 Good

Room disappointing, furniture old/dated and chipped/scratched. Carpet stained and had a big iron burn mark not really 4 star standard. Carpets in corridor bleach marks outside a number of the rooms. Showers in spa had no hot water on Saturday or Sunday. Children only allowed to use pool at certain times which was disappointing. One of the hot tubs was closed all weekend also. However, food was very good, we had lunch and breakfast. Staff very welcoming and friendly especially Cam on the bar. 2 for 1 cocktails were very good. This was an expensive treat for my little girl and I who were visiting for a wedding nearby. We enjoyed our stay but felt the room needed a makeover

6/10 Good

The main jacuzzi wasn't working and the upgraded breakfast although better than the previous buffet, arrived lukewarm. When we sent it back that seemed to shift the previous attentive attitude from staff. Plus, the jams on the table weren't checked - 2 had been opened before we sat at the table. Stayed here before and each time it feels a little less charming.

10/10 Exceptional

The room was clean and everything smelt fresh. The jacuzzi bath in the Suite was Devine. The staff were super friendly and helpful - 10 out 10 😊. The big whirlpool/jacuzzi was lovely. The breakfast (room service) was mediocre at best - 1st morning it was cold and the poached egg was solid, the fresh fruit was just an apple (very disappointing). The 2nd morning was a little improved. Other than that we lived our stay and will be back 😊

8/10 Very good

Let's start with the good: the room was gorgeous, great tea/coffee facilities, comfortable bed and a lovely well stocked bathroom. The bar, spa and waiting staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help. The cocktails and food were excellent and as it was my friend's birthday, there was a very lovely cake waiting in our room. The not so good: The reception staff on arrival(except for the lady with red hair) were miserable and not very friendly. Also it was difficult to understand them, as their second language was English. My friend and I borrowed the luggage cart and were struggling to get it in the door (I'm disabled and could only open doors), yet there was a male member of staff just standing watching us! There is no mini bar fridge in the room, which was annoying as we would have liked to keep milk, water and beauty products in there. The spa showers were very cold, the pool was a colder than usual as the boiler was broken plus the jacuzzis weren't working very well. On speaking with members of the club, this is a frequent occurrence, which is not good for a luxury spa and golf hotel. My friend and I still had a lovely time but would have been much better with those changes.

Second visit to this hotel and really enjoyed the comfortable bed, lovely spa and good bar food. It is a little remote so not ideal if you need to be right on top of things but the nearby town of Bicester covers that.
