Excellent hotel, modern rooms and very clean. The staff were very helpful and upgraded us on arrival. The only slight negative was there was a function on and guest's who were leaving were very noisy but this isn't the fault of the hotel

I stayed at the Best Western The Hilcroft Hotel West Lothian and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was wonderfully warm throughout the entire building. This made it a perfect, cozy refuge from the cold weather outside. The entire property is immaculate and very well-maintained. Both the public areas and bedrooms were pristine. The food was a major highlight. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. The team is incredibly friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful. Their warm hospitality makes you feel welcome instantly. I highly recommend Best Western The Hilcroft Hotel for anyone visiting West Lothian. I will definitely return!

8/10 Very good

Good sized clean bedroom and bathroom, bottled water in the room was a great touch, especially in the warmer weather even for Scotland, if anything would love air con, although a fan was provided. Restaurant was pretty good, only had evening meals, great selection of vegetables which I love, with every meal(3) I had. Would I stay here again yes I would

Was given room 6 which is right next to the stairwell. Was noisy into the wee hours. Did not get a good night's sleep. The hotel was clean and staff was nice. They did let me check in an hour early and carried my luggage up the stairs for me as there is no lift.
